Hose Deployment Speed Drill:
- Focus on quickly and accurately deploying different-sized handlines.

- Practice carrying victims down safely and efficiently.
- Utilize a sturdy chair for a chair-carry.

Rapid Search and Rescue:
- Set up a maze-like structure with simulated victims.
- Train firefighters to conduct rapid searches and safely extract victims.
- Use blacked-out SCBA mask or turn hood around backwards.
- Use disorienting techniques and have firefighters follow the hose out.
Forcible Entry Techniques:
- Teach firefighters various methods of breaching doors, including using a Halligan tool or a battering ram.
- Focus on speed and precision.
Emergency Medical Response:
- Simulate a medical emergency at the station.
- Train firefighters on basic first aid and CPR techniques.
Wildland Firefighting Skills:
- Practice deploying hose lines and using hand tools to control a simulated wildland fire.
- Focus on teamwork and communication.
Fire Extinguisher Drill:
- Teach proper fire extinguisher usage for small fires.
- Set up controlled fires and have firefighters extinguish them using extinguishers.
